Glucose & Cellular Energy
Fuel your cells. Control the variables. Build a better body.
READYSTATE™ calculates how much your body needs, selects foods designed to support stable energy and metabolic health, then tells you exactly how much to eat and how to prepare it.
Planning status
StandardPlanning classification only. READYSTATE™ does not diagnose any condition.
- • Glucose readiness not yet completed.
Optimize my READYSTATE™
Choose your primary priority. Calories, macros and portion weights never change — only which qualified foods are chosen and where carbohydrate sits.
Your glucose readiness
Self-reported only. Selecting an option is not a diagnosis and is stored for coach review.
Have you ever been told you have:
Glucose medication screen
READYSTATE™ never changes, doses or comments on medication.
Optional glucose biomarkers
Clinical values are stored separately from how you feel. Review thresholds: Canada (Diabetes Canada reference ranges).
Fasting insulin alone is not used to determine insulin resistance. Values are appended to your history and never overwritten.
Carbohydrate distribution
Placement only. Your daily carbohydrate total never changes here.
Eat in this order
Optional. Eating vegetables and protein before the starch portion of a meal may modify post-meal glucose for some people. It supports — it does not replace — overall dietary quality or medical care.
- 1. Vegetables / fibre
- 2. Protein
- 3. Starch / carbohydrate
After your meal
Optional. Coach configurable.
Where practical, take an easy 10-minute walk after this meal.
Today's glucose & energy check
Deterministic checks against your solved plan.
Build your plan first and these checks will run against your exact portions. Go to your plan.
Glucose response log
Optional. A single reading never labels a food. Patterns are only described after repeated observations.
Why blood glucose matters
Blood glucose is an important energy substrate. The goal is not zero glucose — a rise after eating carbohydrate is normal and expected. The goal is better glucose regulation: appropriate fuelling with high-quality carbohydrate, protein, fibre and fat so your energy is steadier across the day.
How your body makes energy
Food supplies carbohydrates, fats and amino acids that your body can use as energy substrates. Inside your cells, these fuels are processed through metabolic pathways that ultimately help produce ATP — the energy currency used by your cells. READYSTATE™ builds meals designed to provide appropriate fuel and the micronutrients required for normal energy metabolism.
Quality before quantity
Lower carbohydrate is not automatically better. READYSTATE™ improves the quality, distribution and composition of your carbohydrate first — legumes, intact grains, whole starchy vegetables and whole fruit — before anyone considers changing how much you eat.
Magnesium and the B vitamins
Magnesium is required for processes including glycolysis and oxidative phosphorylation, and B vitamins are involved in normal energy metabolism. READYSTATE™ prioritises food sources — leafy greens, legumes, nuts, seeds, whole grains and selected fish. Supplementing beyond correcting a deficiency is not assumed to improve energy or performance.
